Early check-in is subject to the availability of the cabin and the cleaning schedule. We recommend reaching out to us on the day of your arrival so we can check with our cleaning team. If the cabin is ready ahead of time, we will be happy to accommodate your request and let you know promptly.

The security deposit is separate from the rental price. It is placed as a hold, not a charge, on your credit card a few days before the arrival date. The hold is typically released a few days after your departure, provided everything is in order. If any damages occur, the deposit may be used to cover the costs, and you will be notified.

Yes, the rental agreement needs to be signed before arriving to the cabin.

Cancellations made before the refund deadline of 30 days of arrival qualify for a full refund. After this period, refunds follow the standard cancellation policy, typically offering 50% reimbursement after 15 days from arrival. Please refer to the booking terms for specific details.

Free Wifi is offered to all guests.

The cabin provides shampoo, shower gel, towels, and toilet paper for your convenience.

The cabin has a Keurig Duo coffee maker, and we provide K-Cups for you to use.

The hot tub is available for use year-round. You can enjoy it during your stay, regardless of the season. Please keep cover on when not in use.

Special packages can be arranged based on availability. Please let us know at least 30 days before your arrival date so we can coordinate with our decorator. Once confirmed, a notification will be sent with the package details and payment instructions if the request can be accommodated.

The Cabin may have an outdoor charcoal or propane bbq grill. Some cabins have outdoor firepits.

Some cabins are pet friendly while some are not. Feel free to reach out to us to inquire. The cabins which are pet friendly, there is a flat pet fee of $120, which is automatically included when you select that you're bringing a pet during the booking process. Service animals may be permitted in exceptional cases; please inquire for further details if needed.

Yes, the pool is a private indoor pool located within the cabin. It is heated and maintained at an optimal temperature of 80-85°F, ensuring a comfortable experience for you. Only you and the pool vendor, who performs routine maintenance twice a week, will have access to it. There is also a lockable door to ensure safety and restrict access when needed.

Roads are maintained as well as the weather permits but this does not mean totally clear roads. You will need to be prepared to have 4x4 or snow chains in case of natural snowfall during your stay. Chains can be purchased in the area and the cost depends on the size of your tires.

Cell service in the mountains is unreliable, with Verizon and AT&T being the most reliable providers, while Nextel and T-Mobile tend to have less coverage. It's recommended to screenshot or print check-in instructions, as email access may be limited.

The physical address will be provided to you with your Check in and Direction information. Our policy is such as we value our Guests privacy and peaceful enjoyment of the cabin they are renting.

Cabins offer privacy, seclusion, vast amounts of amenities and the comforts that many hotels and condos cannot provide. You can enjoy privacy, mountain views, hot tubs, jacuzzi tubs, indoor fireplaces, outdoor grills, theater rooms and much more.

If you find an issue with the rental unit, please notify the office within 24 hours of arrival so it can be addressed promptly. For after-hours emergencies (e.g., no heat/air, broken pipes, illness), call the emergency number, and you'll be contacted as soon as possible. Non-emergencies will be handled the next business day. Any issues must be reported during your stay.

Parties are not allowed and strictly enforced. Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 6 am. No loud music, excessive noise, trashing the inside or outside of the cabin. Having more people in the cabin then it will sleep is a voilation. Guests will be required to leave and no refunds will be given.

All units are sprayed monthly by a professional pest control company. However, wasps, ladybugs, and other insects sometimes still impact rental units beyond control. Please keep all doors closed to prevent bugs from coming inside during your stay. Great Smoky Mountains location is home to many species. If there are any questions regarding insects, please call during office hours for assistance.

The nearest and most convenient airport is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS). It’s about 30 miles away from the cabin.

Yes, you can update the reservation to include additional guests as long as the total number does not exceed the cabin’s maximum capacity.

Yes, the cabin is private and exclusively for the guests. If the cabin has a pool, the pool cleaners may visit twice a week to maintain the pool.
